Why do I need a website for my franchise if the franchisor already has a website?
For the same reason you have your own phone number when your franchisor has an 800 number. Your website is how YOUR customers will communicate with you. Just like the phone has always been, but better, your website is a two way communication vehicle between you, and your customer and community.
